Our annual Open House Festival is a long standing tradition on our farm for over 25 years – Family fun for all ages, live music all weekend long, fresh delicious food with options galore in The Cabins Cafe – Soup Shack – Elegant’s Burgers & More Tents, explore new areas with our self-guided farm walks, wine tasting and wine gifts, local artisan vendors, special gourmet food booths, Apple Barn & antique cider pressing demonstrations, and as always…complimentary raspberry sundaes as a thank you to all our customers & friends for another great season. We open our doors and welcome you to our farm – Fall Festival 10-6pm Saturday & Sunday!

Applejack Cider Booth – Applejack Hard Cider (by the glass or half-gallon), Red Raspberry Cider, and Traditional Cider
Apple Barn – Filled with our heirloom variety apples all grown here in our orchards & delicious apple sweets – dumplings, breads, apple butter – and Antique Apple Pressing! Enjoy fresh cider from our circa 1886 press!
Gooseberry Theater – Screening intriguing farming films all weekend long – no cost for viewings, stay tunes for this year’s film
Grandma’s Cookie Booth – Sand Hill Berries special cookies made from our family’s recipes – straight from our grandmother’s kitchen to yours – filled cookies, snickerdoodles, peanut-butter, choco chip, and more!
Soup ‘n’ Bread Soup Shack – hot, hearty, and homemade soups paired with tasty artisan breads and sides – single cookies too!
Special Hot Drinks Booth – Dark Chocolate, Spiced Cider, Raspberry Cappucino, Tea, Water & Sodas – your one-stop drink spot
Master Gardeners – Westmoreland PennState Extension will be here to answer all your gardening questions, share demos, and sign up for upcoming for local gardening talks/presentations in your area!
Out of the Fire Cafe – the local mountain restaurant we all love, serving their famous Smoked Salmon and other delicious foods!
Two Ugly Mugs Salsa & Sauces – salsa & sauces like no other, we got hooked on the Ugly – you will too
Slope Hill Honey – located right here in Mt Pleasant, the Grindle family has been tending our bees and producing honey for sale in our shop for over a decade!
Town House Antique & Vintage Booth – our aunts had a store on Main Street Mt Pleasant for many years, now they set up shop and gather pieces all year long for Open House – visit the garage and find a treasure
