Chambourcin grapes

Also called a Pennsylvania Zinfandel, this dark velvet red wine is medium-bodied and soft in texture. Chambourcin grapes are a French-American hybrid and require a long growing season to form its clusters of large, moderately-loose bunches of medium blue berries.

Serve with a cheese plate or pork chops stuffed with spicy chorizo & herbs.
