Our first MOVIE Night under the stars in the Nectar Garden…. We will have some cheese, bread and desserts available, and you are welcome to BYO snacks. The winery will remain open during the film.

The preview of the main show will begin at dusk, about 7:15 PM with a special Earth and Sun Film Festival which premiered at the 2008 Mid-Atlantic Horticultural Show in Hershey, Pa in January, 2008. This is a delightful collection of short videos and film curated by Victoria Kereszi of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and has its theme country life, the current changes in agriculture, and our personal association with the earth.

The feature film will begin at 8:15 PM….Inside Man, a bank robbery thriller by Spike Lee that will keep you guessing even after you’ve watched it. Nearly perfect acting with Denzel Washington, Clive Owen and Jodi Foster and a seamless screenplay and memorable soundtrack. Suitable for all audiences. Some parts could be scary. The weather promises to be a balmy but cool evening with almost no chance of precipitation, but we will hold the movie inside the winery if necessary.
