Celebrate Mardi Gras in the north with our second annual Jambalaya Dinner – guests will enjoy homemade jambalaya in both traditional Creole & Cajun styles and classic New Orleans King Cake! Complimentary wine tasting will begin at 6pm with music, dinner, and dessert to follow.
Live music by Pittsburgh artist and musician Will Juergens – putting his own unique take on classic and modern jazz with a few surprises too!

Creole Pappardelle Alfredo with Chicken – fresh pappardelle, andouille sausage, tomatoes, and peppers.
Blackened Shrimp & Grits – served over bed of collard greens, tomatoes, and okra.
Traditional Jambalaya – shrimp, chicken, sausage, okra, peppers, onions, celery, and tomatoes.
Finished with special homemade King Cake from Sand Hill Berries
